Cable assembly consists of two or more fibre-optic cable connection, and is used for the transmission of signals from one point to another point.
Single fiber optic cable connector devices called firmly connected to the other cable.There are different types of cable connector.They include ST, FC, LC, MT - RJ, SC and MU connector.According to the type of the fiber and its intended use, can use one of these connectors.

FC connector
FC connector is fixed.The connector is suitable for high vibration environment, usually used with single mode optical fiber cable.
Because the connector is firmly fixed on the cable, so in such a high vibration environment connection is not affected.FC connector has a threaded end, may turn to the cylindrical shell.They have a variety of applications, but is mainly used in the communications industry, including telephone and LAN network.
ST connector
ST connector on behalf of the straight head.They are mainly used for multimode fiber.They have some characteristics, such as the bayonet type design and long ring.Ring helps align the stripping end of the cable and protect it.
LC connector
The abbreviation of LC connector is lucent.These connectors are often used with single fiber optic cable components.It is a small fiber optic cable connector with ceramic ferrule.The LC connector half the size of the ceramic ferrule is ST ring.
SC connectors
The Subscriber is the full name of SC Connectors Connectors.These connectors are double push-pull type equipment used in the optical fiber cable components.SC connectors have the ceramic ferrule, durable, installation simple and low cost.

MT - RJ connector
MT - RJ represents mechanical shift register jack.These connector size is small, specially designed for small devices.They are usually used with double optical fiber cable components, initially used to replace SC connectors.MT - RJ connector used in network applications.
